confidentiality disclosure

 a. Maintain the confidentiality of all Information contained in this transmission and take all reasonable precautions to protect such information. 

 b. Not disclose any Confidential Information to any third parties without the prior written consent of the Disclosing Party. 

 c. Use the Confidential Information solely for the purpose of fulfilling its obligations under this Agreement and not for any other purpose.
